Who We Support
Core Areas
Understanding ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other neuroprofiles so schools can adjust teaching, communication and support — not just labels.
Reading behaviour as communication, building regulation skills in students and staff, and creating classrooms where every child feels they belong.
Helping adults model self-awareness, empathy and emotional regulation — and teaching students the skills that underpin learning and relationships.
Language that de-escalates, feedback that lands, and conversations that keep trust intact between staff, students and families.
Building shared understanding between parents and educators so support continues consistently across home and school.
Ways to Work With Sheila
Practical, interactive sessions for teachers and support staff — built around real classroom situations.
Focused sessions for senior leaders and SENCOs on whole-school strategy, culture and sustainable inclusion.
Evening or morning talks that give parents and carers the same language the school is using, so support aligns at home.
INSET days, conferences, trust-wide gatherings and school events — one talk that gives everyone a shared frame.
A short, structured whole-school sprint with clear actions, staff prompts and measurable steps toward a more neuroinclusive culture.
Featured Workshops
What behaviour communicates, how to respond before it escalates, and why punishment often misses the message.
A practical introduction to neurodiversity in the classroom: what to notice, what to adjust and where to start.
Moving beyond policies and posters to everyday practices that make students feel genuinely part of the school community.
How emotional intelligence shows up in staff rooms, classrooms and playground interactions — and how to grow it deliberately.

About Sheila Dias
Sheila is a Human Behaviour and Neurodiversity specialist, international speaker, author and workshop facilitator. She works with school leaders, teachers, SENCOs, support teams and parents to translate psychology into practical, usable strategies for the classroom and beyond.
Her focus is not on labels, but on understanding: what behaviour means, how different minds learn, and how adults can model the emotional intelligence they want students to develop.
