We do not collect special-category data (such as health information) through this website, and we ask you not to include it in your messages.

• To prepare tailored proposals for workshops, programmes, keynotes or consultancy, when requested.
• To keep basic records of our professional relationship where an engagement follows.

The legal basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.

Your data is never sold and never shared with third parties for marketing. Enquiries are stored securely within our website platform's database, accessible only to Sheila Dias, and kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mindrightherapy.com.
