MindRight Global Training
Our Story
MindRight grew from a simple observation: what happens between people shapes what happens inside teams and organisations.
Where it began
Understanding before intervention.
Through Sheila Dias's professional work, one pattern kept returning: misunderstandings, assumptions, emotions and different ways of thinking could quietly reshape relationships, decisions and performance. What appeared on the surface was not always the whole story.
MindRight was developed to turn that insight into practical, experiential learning — not simply to transfer information. The aim is to help people notice more, understand differently and make more considered choices in the moments that matter.
That work belongs to leadership and teams alike. Leaders shape conditions, conversations and expectations; teams bring their own perspectives, needs and responsibilities. Sustainable development asks both to grow.
“I don't want people to leave my workshops simply knowing more. I want them to understand something differently — and be able to do something differently the next day.”
People before systems
Human readiness comes before technology readiness.
New technologies and systems can support progress, but they cannot replace understanding. MindRight helps organisations consider how people communicate, interpret change and respond under pressure before expecting a new process to work by itself.
